Who we are
Haverhill Drains provides drainage and drain clearance services across Haverhill, Suffolk and the surrounding villages. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or book a job, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and property address
- Details of the job you've contacted us about
- Payment details, taken securely at the time of booking or on completion
- Basic technical information from visits to this website, such as pages viewed
How we use it
We use your information to arrange and carry out the work you've asked us to do, to send quotes and invoices, and to contact you about a booking. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing unless you've asked us to keep you updated.
Who we share it with
We share information with our engineers to carry out a job, and with payment processors to take payment. We don't share your details with any other third party unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job and payment records for as long as we're required to for accounting and tax purposes, typically six years. Enquiry details for jobs that don't go ahead are kept for no more than twelve months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
